    Product Description

    GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet

     (hereinafter referred to as GGD) is suitable for the distribution system with AC 50HZ, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current to 3150A.It can be used as power, illumination of power users in the power station, substation and fatory-mine company, and it also can used to transform, distribute and control the distribution system.

    1. The shell is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. Mounting holes arranged in E=20mm and E=100mm modules are respectively arranged on the frame to improve the versatility of product assembly. The panel and the partition plate are made of imported cold-rolled sheet and adopt the acid-washing phosphating electrostatic spray-proof process for anti-corrosion technology, and the cabinet color is specified by the user. The interior of the cabinet is treated with a hot galvanizing process. In order to enhance ventilation and heat dissipation, ventilation holes are provided at the bottom and upper part of the cabinet, and the wire mesh is used to prevent the small animals. For the convenience of lifting, the top corner of the cabinet is equipped with a lifting ring. Considering the use of the cable outlet, a knockout hole is provided at the bottom of the cabinet, and a sheath sleeve that meets the requirements of the construction drawing size is prepared. 

    2. The design of the GGD cabinet fully takes into account the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, and the cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet by the lower slot to make the sealed cabinet to form a natural air passage from the bottom to the end for heat dissipation. 

    3. GGD cabinet according to the requirements of modern industrial product design, using the golden ratio method to design the cabinet shape and the size of each part of the division, which are beautiful and generous, fresh. The hinge of the cabinet door is connected with the frame, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. A mountain-shaped rubber strip is embedded in the folded edge of the door. When the door is closed, the insert between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from cracking the cabinet and also increases the degree of protection of the door. The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame by lots of soft copper coins. The mounting piece and the frame in the cabinet are connected by knurled screws, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit. 

    4. The main circuit of the GGD cabinet is designed with 129 schemes and a total of 298 specifications (excluding the functional changes of the auxiliary circuits and the control schemes and specifications derived from the control voltage).

    Working environment:

    1.Ambient temperature: -5 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃, and the average temperature within 24h not exceed + 35 ℃.

    2.Altitude: not exceed 2000m.

    3.The ambient air temperature of + 40 ℃ not more than 50%; at lower temperaturescan have a higher relative humidity on (eg: + 20 ℃

    at 90%), taking into account the change in temperature allows the generation of a moderate condensation.

    4.Equipment installation and the vertical gradient should not exceed 5 °

    5.Equipment should be installed in the absence of severe vibration, shock-free and corrosion-freeplace
