ZCW10-72.5/L open-type combined electrical apparatus is a complete set of combined electrical apparatus using air as external insulation SF6 gas as arc extinguishing medium. For the control and protection of three-phase AC 72.5KV transmission and distribution system, it can also be used for connecting circuit breakers and opening and closing capacitor banks. It is suitable for urban substations, enterprise substations and mountain substations with land shortage.
Structural characteristics
The circuit breaker, isolating switch, grounding switch, current transformer, bus and other components are organically combined on the grounded steel structure support, which has a compact structure. It occupies only 30%-50% of the space of the split type, and has significant characteristics such as saving land and reducing project cost. The entire interval is prefabricated in the factory, and all the assembly and debugging are completed before the factory, and the whole is transported to the installation site, which greatly reduces the installation cycle. The use of fully verified high-performance arc extinguishing chamber, isolation switch, basically no maintenance, high reliability. The factory prefabricated self-supporting busbar in the compartment does not require the user to repair the frame. Flexible layout, can be used for a variety of wiring methods. The circuit breaker can be repaired or replaced as a whole, and the power failure time can be reduced to less than 3 hours due to body failure.
