SCB13 10/0.4KV Dry type Power transformer

The product is a new product further developed on the basis of fully absorbing the advanced technology
of many similar products at home and abroad. The product has strong thermal shock resistance, flame
resistance, high fire performance, low loss, small local discharge, low noise, no harmful gases, no pollution
to the environment, insensitive to temperature and dust, small size, no cracking and simple maintenance.

SCB13 dry type transformer product features:
Low loss: the no-load loss of the product is more than 20% lower than that of scb11 products, excellent
energy saving effect, economic operation, maintenance-free.
Low noise: The product noise level is more than 10-15 dB lower than the current professional standard jb/
t10088-1999 "6-220kv transformer sound level".
Low discharge: The resin mixture material adopts foreign advanced mixing method and vacuum film
degassing two technologies to stir the mixture evenly and eliminate the bubbles in the mixture. The product
has only a very low local discharge, which can be controlled below 5pc. The high and low voltage coils are
poured under vacuum and pressure, so that the resin insulation has both full encapsulation and interturn
leaching property. The casting body has a dense solidified structure, which is resistant, explosion-proof and
does not pollute the environment.

    The insulating materials such as glass fiber winding coil have self-extinguishing characteristics, which will
    not produce arc due to short circuit, and the resin will not produce toxic and harmful gases under high heat.
    High mechanical strength: The resin with filler makes the difference of the expansion coefficient in the
    casting body small, the curing shrinkage rate is small, the internal stress is small, and the hardness of the
    cured material is high. In the epoxy resin cladding layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the high and low
    pressure coils, prefabricated reinforcing materials are placed, which have a dense structure like reinforced
    concrete, so the mechanical strength is greater than that of pure epoxy resin. It can withstand sudden shortcircuit
    electric power without damage.
